STD4口系列终端组合电器箱体采用阻燃型高级工程塑料制造，结构新颖，造型美观，色泽柔和,体积小,重量轻,抗冲击力强。 适应现代化建筑和家庭装潢对低压终端箱性能及外观要求。终端组合电器由箱体、箱盖、门、接地排 、 中性排、安装轨(板)等组成。 表面设有开启键， 轻触按键，自动打开小门，箱盖上设有电源指示灯， 箱体四周设有敲落孔,安装方便。STD4口系列终端组合电器根据安装不同的电器元件,分为STD41型和STD42型。
STD42型终端组合电器内部组合元件采用DZLl99—32微型断路器，体积小，箱内空间大，接线方便，适用于交流50Hz，额定电压230V，额定电流32A 及以下的单相三线照明及小功率动力回路中，作漏电、过载和短路保护以及在正常工作条件下不频繁地开关电路，相线和中心线同时断开，符合上海市《住宅建筑设计标准》(DBJ08—20一98) 对分回路保护断路器的要求，可广泛用于商务大楼，住宅及类似场所。
